Do you want to learn to play Call of Cthulhu? Do you want to try a new system? If so this game is a perfect fit,. You will learn the basics of playing Call of Cthulhu in a small group one-shot sceanrio. The name of the scenario we are playing is "What's in the Cellar?". There are four pregenerated characters an author, the private detective, the architect and the psychiatrist. It is first come first serve when it comes to picking characters. In What’s in the Cellar?, the investigators are tasked with finding evidence to prove the innocence of a wealthy New York attorney accused of murdering his wife—even though no trace of her body has, so far, been found. Only you can change the fate of your friend and save them from the electric chair! The story takes place in 1929 in New York. This is a paid game it is $15 USD for the one shot. The game time likely will not go over two and half hours as this is a very straightforward scenario perfect for new players. This is a one shot and we will play on monday 19th @ 6:30 PM EST. Now for a bit about the GM, my name is Kate I am a 27 year old transwoman. I have been running and playing various TTRPGs for around 9 years. Some of favorites are WoD, Call of Cthullu, The Witcher, FFG Star Wars and 5e. I try to be as accommodating as possible to my players and strive to create a fun and enjoyable experience.
